Chris Baldwin
As the designer for Platypus Web Productions I am responsible for creating the site of our clients' dreams — even when they don't quite know how it should look. I use my background in communicative design, and my expertise with multimedia programs, to make sites that are as easy to use as they are functional and beneficial. I do this through the use of form, style, and imagery. I focus heavily on the user experience, because if your users do not enjoy using your site, they will not return. Whether your site is for talented musicians, or goal oriented business people, I design to cater to your audience.
James Sumners
I am the programmer for Platypus Web Productions. My Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics gives me a solid foundation in logic and problem solving. These skills apply directly to every project on which we work. If your project calls for custom scripting, be it PHP, Javascript, or something else, I am able to utilize these skills to create the solution needed.
Every line of HTML and CSS I write for Platypus Web Productions adheres to established web standards and best practices. I write according to the industry accepted standards so that your web site works for everyone — not just a subset of the population.
